QUIT SMOKING NOW WITH ACUPUNCTURE!

Thursday, January 10th, 2013

How many times have you tried to quit smoking but were not successful? Make this the LAST YEAR you smoke using a proven, effective method to detox your body, reduce stress and let you get on with your (smoke free) life.

I usually charge $600 for my two week smoking cessation program and set you up with 6 appointments spread over a two week period to get you through the toughest part of quitting. But this time, for only the FIRST TWO WEEKS of February 2013, I am offering an expanded program at a lower cost.

That’s right, for just $400 I am setting up appointments EVERY WEEK DAY for two weeks. That’s 33% off the original price and you can come up to ten times instead of just six!

The only catch is that you MUST REGISTER as there is limited availability. I am offering this program from 12pm-2pm and from 8:00pm-9:30pm Monday through Friday, February 4th - February 15th.

Payment must be made when registering, payment of $400 is due no later than the first day of treatment. Experience has shown that those who are committed are the most successful.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
Acupuncture has been used for thousands of years to help the body return to it’s innate balance. It helps you quit smoking by:

** Calm you down so you can relax w/o the need for a cigarette

** Stimulate your bodies natural cleansing mechanisms: Lungs, Kidneys, Liver

SO CALL THE OFFICE NOW TO REGISTER AND BRING ON THE END OF SMOKING!

Community Acupuncture at The Atlantic Center!

Tuesday, November 27th, 2012

Ever since I attended an Acupuncturists Without Borders training session in 2008, I have been interested in setting up community style acupuncture. Community style acupuncture is acupuncture performed in a community or group setting where many people are treated at the same time at a lower cost to the patient. This allows many people who don’t have health coverage or cannot afford the cost of acupuncture to benefit from it’s powerful healing capabilities.

Beginning December 2012, Community Acupuncture will be available at The Atlantic Center, here are the days and times:

Tuesday: 12pm-3pm

Wednesday: 12pm-3pm

Thursday: 12pm-3pm

Friday: 12pm-3pm

We will still provide private room treatments those who prefer that setting.

A few years ago, a patient came to me with terrible pain in his scapula (that’s the shoulder blade to you and me). He was about to run a marathon and was concerned his shoulder and arm pain would inhibit his ability to compete. While I treated him, he told me about a book: PAIN FREE: A Revolutionary Method for Stopping Chronic Pain, by Pete Egoscue. He explained that he had used the book in the past to deal with his low back pain. Well, I got the book and began using it and recommending it to my patients and the results were fantastic. If you suffer from chronic pain, get the book, maybe it will help you. If not, call the office, we may be able to help you. For more information on the Egoscue check out http://www.egoscue.com/

Building An Acupuncture Practice…

Thursday, October 22nd, 2009

Recently, I was interviewed by Jef Henninger for his blog The Next Level, about starting The Atlantic Center for Acpuncture and Oriental Medicine. Jef asks some great questions about starting a business and brings up some good points about the pitfalls of starting out on your own. Take a look and let me know what you think, and what you would do differently.
