I am always excited when someone comes to the office asking for helpl in quitting smoking. Just recently I had J.H. come in seeking just that. Just before Christmastime, J.H. came to the office to begin the TOBACUFREE smoking program. Here is her testimonial:

I hate to say it but I started smoking when I was nine years old, over thirty five years ago. I’ve attempted several methods in order to stop smoking. Prescriptions pills, self hypnosis, hypnosis, cold turkey (OUCH!), jump up and down backwards on one foot with a chicken over my head. Yes I’ve tried quite a few options; numerous attempts at each one of them and naturally spent a lot of money.
